The questions businesses ask.

Clear answers before equipment moves.

Can we start while the project is still being planned?

Can you collect equipment from our location?
Yes. Free pickup is available for qualifying business electronics projects in Southeast Michigan. Our Livonia team coordinates collection and logistics.
Can we get paid for retired equipment?
Qualifying computers, servers and other IT equipment can be evaluated for direct purchase or resale on your behalf. Value depends on condition and current demand.
What happens to the data on our devices?
Wiping / Media Sanitization or physical destruction can be arranged for data-bearing equipment, with planning based on NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2 guidance.
What if some equipment has value and some doesn't?
One project can combine Value Recovery for suitable equipment with responsible recycling for end-of-life electronics.
Can we receive certificates and reporting?
